At HUS, we present our interpretation of Shanghainese cuisine through the spirit of Chinese tapas — refined yet approachable, served in smaller, thoughtfully crafted portions, so you can discover a greater variety of flavours without feeling overwhelmed.
A meal should never be about just one dish, but a table filled with different tastes. Each dish complements the next, letting the many layers of Shanghainese cooking be savoured at a gentle pace.
We encourage sharing. Dining solo? Choose two dishes and a serving of rice or noodles — your own little Chinese table.

Seasonal Menu · Autumn
Our seasonal menu is born from a constant journey of discovery and experimentation — bringing together the richness of Asian culinary culture with a spirit of innovation.
Each season, we travel across Asia, tasting local cuisines and exploring how different cultures understand and celebrate ingredients. These experiences inspire our chefs and find their way back into our kitchen.
This is where creativity meets the seasons — and where we invite you to join us on a journey of flavour.

Tea & Soft Drinks
Hospitality with tea, courtesy to the guest.
The earliest records of tea date back to the Tang Dynasty, in Feng’s Records of Observations: “Tea culture flourished, and everyone from royalty to court officials drank it.” Today, gathering around a stove to brew tea becomes all the more enjoyable as the weather turns cold — fine tea and tea snacks are the epitome of simple pleasures.
Our team travelled across China to select the teas we pour today, to bring a different kind of tea to London.

Jiangnan Dim Sum & Desserts
Tea desserts in Jiangnan are renowned for their glutinous rice. Rather than luxurious or imaginative, they are rich with the nostalgic flavours of the past and the warmth of everyday life.
Rice cakes begin with soaking rice, grinding it into a fine powder and carefully sifting it. Although small, they bring charm to the tea table — and reflect our pursuit of refined leisure.
